As a Cake Designer, Sophie has been in the world of sweets from an early age. Bubbly and enthusiastic, she embodies the joie de vivre. As she is a perfectionist, she demands excellence.
Graduated from Lausanne Hotel School and from Le Nôtre School, Sophie gained experience in the United States and became a Cake Designer for the love of it.
Her creations are a delight to the eye and taste buds… harmonious flavours, elegant design, smooth lines, quality and seasonal products.
