Quite new in France, Cake Designers combine passion and high-level professional and artistic skills to make premium-quality and sophisticated desserts.

Aerating, coating, chiselling, lining, assembling, icing, kneading, and arranging are their favourite words!

As a Cake Designer, Sophie has been in the world of sweets from an early age. Bubbly and enthusiastic, she embodies the joie de vivre. As she is a perfectionist, she demands excellence.

L’atelier

Graduated from Lausanne Hotel School and from Le Nôtre School, Sophie gained experience in the United States and became a Cake Designer for the love of it.

Her creations are a delight to the eye and taste buds… harmonious flavours, elegant design, smooth lines, quality and seasonal products.

The most appetizing and the most mind- and -taste bud stimulating cakes are the ones we will bake for you tomorrow!

Workshop Fantaisie

240 euros per person

During the workshop, you will totally make a 3D cake in a shape of a camera from baking to icing.

Training contents:

  • To make a sponge base adapted to cakes decorated with gum paste
  • To stuff and smooth the cake in a professional way
  • To learn the decorating techniques

You will go back home with the recipe of the cake made during the workshop, as well as your cake.
